MainLodge for recovery and wellness studios

Every room and every plunge, booked with the turnover built in.

Sauna, cold plunge, compression and contrast sessions as bookable rooms and equipment with cleaning buffers, intake and waivers completed before the first visit, memberships and drop-ins side by side, and self-serve bookings that don't need a staff member attached.

Built inside our own studio. Founding-studio places open for recovery & wellness studios.

How it actually runs

What a week looks like in recovery & wellness studios.

10 min

turnover between sessions

A room needs cleaning and a plunge needs resetting. The gap is part of the booking, or it's a client waiting in a towel.

0

staff needed for many sessions

A lot of recovery is self-serve. The system has to hold the room, not a person.

2+

services in one visit

Sauna then plunge then compression. One visit, three resources, one price.

Where the week breaks

The problems that show up at the desk, not in a brochure.

  • Two people, one plunge, same minute.

Booking tools built for appointments assume a person is the resource. Here it's the room.

  • No buffer, no cleaning.

Back-to-back bookings at exactly 30 minutes means someone skips the reset.

  • The waiver is on a clipboard.

First visit, a form on paper, and a photo of it in someone's phone.

  • Memberships and drop-ins don't add up.

Members book through one link, drop-ins through another, and the room count is right in neither.

What MainLodge does about it

One calendar, one client record, one set of rules — that fit this room.

Real screens from the product, and the parts still in build shown as the designs we're building to. Ask on the demo where anything stands.

1

Rooms and equipment as the thing being booked.

Each plunge, sauna and compression chair is a resource with its own turnover buffer. A booking holds the resource and the gap after it; staff are optional.

Resources — rooms and equipment with buffers.

2

Sessions that combine resources.

A contrast session books the sauna and the plunge in sequence as one service at one price. The calendar shows both held.

3

Intake and waivers before the first visit.

The waiver is part of booking. A client can't hold a first session without signing it, and the signed copy sits on their record.

Switching

We move your data with you, then run both for a while.

Clients, remaining balances, active memberships and future bookings come across. We cut over on a quiet day, and you keep an export at every step. Anything that isn't built yet, we'll tell you before you sign.

Questions we get

Questions from recovery & wellness studios.

Can a booking hold a room without a staff member?
Yes. A service can require staff, equipment, or both. Self-serve sessions hold only the room or equipment.
How do turnover and cleaning gaps work?
Each resource has a buffer after use. The calendar blocks it, so the next booking starts after the reset.
Can one booking use several resources in sequence?
Yes — a contrast session holds the sauna then the plunge as one service. The client sees one price and one booking.
Can we require a waiver before the first session?
Yes. The waiver is signed during booking and stored on the client's record. Waivers are rolling out this season.
Do memberships and drop-ins share capacity?
Yes. Everyone books against the same room count, whatever they paid.
Can we cap how many sessions a member books a day?
Yes — that's a membership rule, applied automatically.

Bring your room list and your turnover times.

We'll set up your rooms, equipment and buffers before the demo so the calendar shows your actual Saturday.
