Prices in US dollars, per location, excluding tax. Founding studios — those joining during the launch period — keep their sign-up price for 24 months. Coming-soon features, including the AI assistant, are priced separately when they ship.

How it compares

A studio with a full team usually pays $180–$300 a month elsewhere.

That's the going rate for a similar plan at the software studios usually look at, before add-ons — and several of them also take a percentage of every booking. Growth is $139, with nothing taken off the top.

  • Per-booking fees

    Elsewhere: 2.5–5% of every online booking. MainLodge: nothing.

    Elsewhere: $10–$15 per staff member from the first one. MainLodge: 3 or 10 included, then $8.

Questions

The fine print, in plain words.

What counts as a staff member?
Anyone with their own login — instructors, front desk, managers. Clients never count, and neither does a shared front-desk iPad.
What counts as a location?
A physical site with its own calendar, hours and team. Several rooms or bays at one address are one location.
Are there payment processing fees?
Only Stripe's own rates, currently 2.9% + 30¢ for online payments and 2.7% + 5¢ for cards tapped in person in the US. MainLodge adds nothing.
Do text messages cost extra?
Confirmations and reminders are included. Marketing texts are billed at carrier cost — about a cent and a half each in the US — with no markup.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled from the app; annual plans run for the year you paid for. Your data can be exported at any time.
What does 'founding studio' mean?
Studios that join during our launch period keep the price they signed up at for 24 months, whatever we charge later, and get a direct line to the team building MainLodge.

Switching

Coming from Mangomint, Mindbody or a spreadsheet?

We've done the migration ourselves — clients, memberships, credit balances, future bookings — and we'll do it with you. Your old system stays read-only until you're sure.
